Holistic Facial Massage / PMS

A Holistic Facial is a massage of the face, neck and scalp. It incorporates pressure points and techniques from Indian Head Massage to relax and soothe the muscles and skin.

As the holistic facial is gentle it is non-invasive and without detrimental effect. The use of oil or moisturiser on the face is optional and there is a choice of base oils to suit your skin.

Hot stones, cold stones or crystals can also be incorporated into the treatment, being placed on areas of tensions, congestion or blocked energy.

PMS Specials

PMS (Pre‑menstrual Syndrome) also known as PMT (Pre‑menstrual Tension) affect many women each month with a variety of symptoms which include abdominal cramps and pain, aching joints / body, bloating, headache, tender breasts, intensification of emotions, nausea, changes in appetite and decrease in tolerance.

This is a fusion of treatments, which is designed to be soothing, relaxing and refreshing. It includes Reiki to the abdomen and head, relaxing facial and Reflexology of the feet focusing on hormone balancing, relevant PMS affected and related areas. Clients also report that their cycle is more regular and they feel more in balance when having Reflexology.

Hot stones or crystals can be also used to relax and soothe both in situ and through the foot reflexes.

Bach Flower Essences can also be immensely helpful for gently addressing emotional upheaval. This is especially recommended for your first PMS Special treatment and includes a 10ml bottle of your tailored essence.
