Crystal Head to Toes
This is a long luxurious treatment of one and a half hours.
The whole treatment is received while relaxing on the couch so you don't have to move a muscle.
It begins with chakra balancing where these vital energy centres are assessed and then treated with crystals, colour or Reiki as needed.
A gentle head and facial massage follows to release the tension that can build up in the scalp and facial muscles.
A foot massage using reflexology techniques is then carried out to relax the feet and refresh the rest of the body.
To finish off further crystals may be used to ground, or stabilise your energy and small polished crystals are optionally applied to the face or feet for a few minutes to promote further relaxation.
No oils are used on the face although a light lotion can be used if you wish to arrive without make-up. Base oils are used on the feet which can include vitamin E oil to help with dry and rough skin.
This is excellent if you are suffering from stress, fatigue, insomnia and related symptoms and need to feel refreshed, relaxed and balanced.
Hands, Arms and Feet
This treatment is especially recommended if you are on your feet a lot and use your hands for work or hobbies. The length is one and a half hours.
This treatment is carried out in the reflexology chair or couch with you reclined throughout, your feet are wrapped in a warm, soft towel. It begins with a relaxing massage of each forearm and hand to gently release the tension and strain that can build up here.
You may then rest your hands in a soft towel while the oil further conditions your skin and nails while a reflexology treatment is carried out on the feet.
Enriched oils are used throughout to nourish the skin and ensure a gentle flowing treatment.
To finish the treatment the feet are wrapped in the towel while you continue to relax for a few more minutes with an optional crystal grounding treatment.
Relax and Rejuvenate Crystal Clarity & Colour
Designed to rebalance the whole being through colour and crystal healing.
Each of the Chakras are assessed and then treated accordingly with colour and or crystals as needed.
A recorded colour meditation is then used along with coloured light filters on a full spectrum lamp box to provide a 'colour bath'. This treatment is done fully clothed as the colour is absorbed through exposed skin such as face and hands and through the energy field.
Additional crystals are also used to enhance and mediate the colour treatment.
A relaxing and balancing treatment designed to stabilise your energy and leave you feeling refreshed and clear-headed.
