Workshops.

All of my workshops are relaxed and friendly with plenty of opportunity for hands on or interactive learning. Although notes are often provided (see each workshop below for details) my workshops are 'unscripted' allowing for true interaction and flow. This means that to some extent the content is steered by the students as questions and discussion is raised making the session relevant and interesting.

The groups are small for friendly easy learning.

Dreamcatchers

Dreamcatchers were traditionally made to catch 'bad' dreams and dispose of them while allowing good dreams to pass through the centre hole of the web.

Modern Dreamcatchers can be purely ornamental and may incorporate traditional styles or be brighter or more heavily adorned. In this workshop we will work with a 4 inch / 10 cm diameter ring as this is an easy size to work with when starting out.

The material for the dreamcatchers in my workshop will be made of 100% non animal material, using faux-suede and other fabric for the bindings, quality nylon thread for the web, faux-feathers and the reuse of scrap fabric. However, if you prefer, real feathers can be used from non farmed sources.

Reflexology Introduction

This is a practical workshop so you'll need a partner to practise on; Bring a friend for just £40 each (or £50 for an individual please enquire) includes refreshments, notes and oil; please bring clean bath towel and hand towel and clean feet

A friendly introduction to Reflexology highlighting the areas most related to stress

We will cover;

The aim of this interesting and useful workshop is to show you how to give a simple stress busting treatment to friends and family. The fee includes refreshments, and materials including notes.

Please bring with you one large and one hand towel, a willingness to give and receive a wonderfully relaxing treatment and a clean pair of feet!

My workshop is what I call an 'open session' where I will share with you what interests the group of my experience of being vegetarian / vegan, where to source vegetarian and vegan ingredients; where to get inspiration and support, eating out, meeting other vegetarians and more.

Terms and conditions - Cancellation information

Here's the 'small print' - dull but important!

In case the date needs to be cancelled or rescheduled alternatives may be offered but you will always have the option of receiving a full refund. If you fail to turn up or cancel with less than 48 hours notice the full fee is retainable. If you cancel with more notice a full refund less administration fee will be issued. Discounted fee places are refunded at the lower rate. Full payment must be received within a week of the course date.

Please send all the information asked for with your booking without this your booking may not be accepted.

Your booking will be confirmed and acknowledged. If you haven't heard anything then something may have gone wrong, for example with mail delivery; please contact us to find out, remembering that if you leave a phone message to give your name and phone number.

If booking a Reiki refresher please send a copy of your relevant certificate.
